In preclinical testing at a 3.0 T static field and an average SAR of 2.0 W/kg for 15 minutes, a single stent warmed by just over 1 °C and a pair of overlapping stents by less than 2 °C. MRI is acceptable up to 3 T, a spatial gradient of 720 G/cm and SAR 3.0 W/kg for 15 minutes; fields above 3.0 T were not studied.
